The Role

As DevRel Manager, you will be the bridge between Nasiko’s engineering teams and our developer community. You’ll be the first to try new tools, the loudest advocate for developers internally, and the face of our community externally. Think of yourself as both an educator and an evangelist—making sure our products are approachable, exciting, and impactful.

What You’ll Do

• Community Building: Cultivate, grow, and energize a global community of developers around Nasiko’s products.

• Content Creation: Produce engaging tutorials, blog posts, videos, demos, and talks that make complex ideas accessible.

• Advocacy: Act as the voice of the developer community, bringing insights and feedback back to product and engineering teams.

• Evangelism: Represent Nasiko at conferences, meetups, hackathons, and online forums—sharing knowledge and sparking excitement.

• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, and marketing to ensure developers have a world-class experience.

• Developer Experience: Shape APIs, SDKs, and documentation to be intuitive, delightful, and easy to adopt.

Who You Are

• Charismatic communicator who loves engaging with people online and in person with 3-5 years of DevRel experience.

• Hands-on developer background—comfortable with coding demos, writing sample apps, and diving into technical conversations.

• Enthusiastic storyteller with the ability to break down complex tech into approachable narratives.

• Experience in content creation (blogs, videos, podcasts, talks) and building a personal or company brand.

• Familiarity with modern AI/ML stacks, developer tools, or cloud-native environments.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills with a knack for energizing communities.

Bonus Points If You

• Have spoken at conferences, led workshops, or hosted meetups.

• Built or contributed to open-source projects.

• Are active on Twitter, YouTube, GitHub, or developer-focused platforms.

• Thrive in startup environments where creativity and experimentation are encouraged.
