Key wins

Our developer-facing content paid off: two developer videos recorded at the event proved that the Nasiko onboarding is seamless. And Ashish's invitation to judge IIT Roorkee's technical clubs elevated our brand credibility within the college, a level of institutional recognition that is rare, and positions us well for developer adoption.

Product feedback loop

Hands-on building surfaced concrete issues to fix:

• Orchestrator: Makefile error
• Langtrace Python SDK version restrictions
• Manifest and MCP file vanishing in the agent registry

What's next

• Expand our video tutorial library (developers clearly want this)
• Fix critical bugs from this round (file handling, SDK constraints)
• Establish regular community engagement (office hours, showcase calls)
