Nasiko at MIT Media Lab

Ans James

A live Nasiko product demo to executives at the MIT Media Lab event in Cambridge, beside the 'Building agents is easy, managing them isn't' banner.

Nasiko hosted an event alongside MIT Media Lab in Cambridge that brought together 40+ CXOs and senior leaders from leading organizations, including Cognizant, PayPal, Walmart, Glean, and others.

Nasiko had a dedicated booth where we demonstrated our work to senior executives, with a primary focus on cost and token optimization for AI and agentic systems. It was an opportunity to discuss how enterprises can make increasingly complex AI systems more efficient and economically scalable.

The numbers tell a strong story

  • 40+ CXOs and senior leaders participated
  • Leaders from organizations including Cognizant, PayPal, Walmart, and Glean engaged with Nasiko
  • Multiple executive conversations focused on cost optimization and token efficiency
  • Discussions also explored agent governance and enterprise adoption of agentic AI

Key wins

Nasiko engaged directly with senior enterprise decision-makers and demonstrated how cost and token optimization can become critical infrastructure for scaling AI systems. Cost efficiency and token optimization emerged as strong areas of interest, particularly as enterprises evaluate the economics of deploying agentic AI at scale. Agent governance was another recurring theme, with organizations exploring how to establish controls, oversight, and governance mechanisms as agents become part of enterprise workflows.

The conversations also provided valuable insight into how different enterprise personas understand AI infrastructure and what they need to see in product demonstrations. We received direct feedback on persona-driven positioning and use cases, helping us understand how Nasiko's demos can be adapted for different executive audiences.

Community and brand impact

The event gave Nasiko direct access to senior decision-makers from large organizations and created meaningful enterprise-level conversations. Rather than focusing only on technical capabilities, discussions centered on the business implications of deploying AI at scale: cost, efficiency, governance, and control. The feedback from CXOs will help us sharpen how we communicate Nasiko's value proposition to enterprise audiences and better tailor our demonstrations to specific use cases.

Market validation

What stood out most was the shift in enterprise conversations from simply asking what AI can do to asking how AI can be deployed efficiently, safely, and economically at scale. Cost optimization, token efficiency, and agent governance repeatedly surfaced as important concerns, reinforcing the relevance of Nasiko's focus on the infrastructure layer behind agentic AI.

The MIT Media Lab event was more than an opportunity to showcase our technology. It provided direct validation from enterprise leaders on the problems they are actively thinking about, and helped us refine how Nasiko communicates its value across different executive personas.
